These terms apply to the Red Flag Proof program ("the Program") sold at leolovecoach.com by Leo Lesnikovsky ("Leo", "we"). By purchasing, you agree to them.
"Lifetime access" means for the lifetime of the Program. If the Program ever ends, members will get at least 30 days' notice.
Group calls are scheduled for Sundays at 12:00pm ET. Occasionally a call may be rescheduled. Calls are recorded and replays are shared with members. By joining a call you consent to being recorded. You may keep your camera off and use a first name only.
Book your call through the provided link. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. A missed call without notice may not be rebooked.
Payments are one-time and processed securely by Stripe. Refund policy: if you attend your first two live calls and don't feel the Program is worth it, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Gold refunds are not available after your 1:1 call has taken place. Upgrades are charged the difference between tiers.
Your members page, Zoom link, Telegram invite, booking link and resources are for your personal use. Sharing them, reselling them or recording or redistributing calls may result in removal from the Program without a refund.
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, sharing other members' private information, or posting screenshots that identify third parties without hiding their names may lead to removal without a refund.
The Program is education and coaching, not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological or legal advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. If you are in an unsafe or abusive situation, contact local emergency services or a domestic violence hotline (US: 1-800-799-7233).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
